Our Work Together

Passionate about working with high-achieving adults and couples, I help my clients become more aware of their vulnerable and protective parts and will teach you skills to improve your ability to communicate, connect, and co-parent more effectively. I also understand the challenges that arise from divorce and single-parenting. In couples therapy, you’ll gain clarity regarding your needs and desires and learn how to communicate them in ways that lead to connection rather than disconnection.

Deeply relational and energetic, yet results-inspired, I use evidence-based practices, such as Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) in my sessions. Let's face it, this work can be difficult, so I also incorporate mindfulness, creativity, and humor into my practice.
