I realize that no two people are the same and as such, tailor my therapeutic approach to meet the specific needs of my clients. My practice specializes in helping adults and couples heal from childhood and relational wounds, so you can enjoy life in a way that brings you inner peace and emotional wellness. 

Whether you prefer "talk therapy" that offers you space for deep emotional processing or a quicker way to move through a distressing experience with EMDR therapy, I offer comprehensive services that will maximize your ability to heal. 

Anger Management

Anger is a secondary emotion that steps in to protect our vulnerable feelings of fear, guilt, disappointment, and pain. You can learn to experience and communicate these feelings in healthy, more appropriate ways.  

Counseling for Anxiety

Anxiety is a natural response to stress or a perceived threat, often related to a specific situation or event. When anxiety becomes excessive, persistent, or overwhelming, it can interfere with daily life.  

Counseling for Trauma

Most of us have an experience that can be considered traumatic at some point in our lives. Trauma can have lasting effects that negatively impact our lives, but healing is possible. 

Couples Counseling

Let's face it, relationships are hard. I will teach you skills to improve your ability to communicate, connect, and co-parent more effectively. Couples therapy is a commitment, but one that can offer significant positive change.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a therapeutic approach for the treatment of trauma. Through the use of bilateral stimulation, healing is possible.

PTSD

If you are suffering from lingering fear and anxiety after experiencing a traumatic event, you might have Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). I can help you find relief from your distressing symptoms.
