Individual Therapy

• $200 for a 1-hour session 
• $300 for a 90-minute session
• $400 for a 2-hour session

Couples' Therapy

• $225 for a 1-hour session
• $450 for a 2-hour session

Couples' Therapy Intensives

• $1,500 for 6 hours 

A couples' therapy intensive includes a one-hour individual session with each partner scheduled before the day of the intensive. On the day of the intensive, the couple will meet for a two-hour session, take a one-hour break, and then meet back for another two-hour session. Weekend dates available.

Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. A credit card processing fee is added to the invoice for those who opt to pay by credit, debit, or FSA/HSA card.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
